Internet Sales / Finance Assistant / Customer Ser

Description
Solicits and services new and existing customers to maintain and increase the company’s customer base and to achieve sales and service revenue goals.

Requirements
  • Manages new and existing customer accounts by negotiating terms, managing customer expectations, and resolving customer problems, issues and concerns. Develops new accounts by marketing company product lines and offering value-added services.
  • Reply to all incoming internet sales leads and distributes accordingly.
  • Prepares bids on existing inventory and new equipment.
  • Identifies and develops new sales opportunities. Receives customer orders and serves as the customer contact point on retail sales.
  • May assist in orienting customer on equipment and vehicles.
  • Finance Department Support including preparation and execution of contracts, submitting credit, obtaining stipulations from customers, follow up from initial credit application through funding process.
  • Assists in implementing, sustaining and developing quality process improvements that focus on customer service.
Qualifications
  • Computer Efficient
  • Minimum 3 years customer service or sales experience required.
  • Internet Lead - Sales.
  • Document preparation.
  • Ability to establish relations with various lenders in Truck & Equipment industry.
  • Equipment experience preferred.
  • Highly organized, detail oriented; have excellent follow-up and prioritization abilities.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills and ability to successfully engage all levels of customer base.
  • Experience handling high volume of paperwork
  • Team player with superior service skills
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with management, sales personnel and develop strong relationships with finance sources

Office Manager / Controller

Description
Office Manager / Controller needed with auto-truck dealer experience. This is a management position, but this candidate needs to be a working manager.

Requirements

Duties:

  • Oversee accounting / administrative staff (Accounts Payable / Receivables / Titling / Receptionist)
  • Close all aspects of sale once funds are received.
  • Financial Statements: preparation, review, variance explanations, miscellaneous monthly reporting, bank reconciliations, month-end closing.
  • Review schedules weekly and make correcting journal entries.
  • Maintain floor plan and inventory analysis.
  • Human Resource duties include but are not limited to: Payroll, Attendance, Worker's Compensation, disciplinary reporting, company medical insurance
  • Monthly and Annual Tax reporting: Property tax, Vehicle Inventory tax, Sales and Use Tax.
  • Manage company's insurances to ensure coverage is in place to protect all aspects of the business.
  • Review proposals and subsequent contracts for accuracy, consistency, professionalism and risk.
  • Oversee and manage special projects from beginning through completion.

Skills /Requirements :

  • Must possess the ability to work in high volume, fast-paced environment with the ability to quickly address and resolve accounting, personnel and operating issues.
  • Above average communication skills necessary to deal effectively with all levels of management and operations.
  • Computer Experience: Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, Goldmine or similar CRM software, dealer industry specific software such as Reynolds or ADP

Service Manager - Coordinator:

Description
Service Manager with a focus on Medium-Duty Diesel Trucks. Responsibilities of the position are to manage the coordination, scheduling, customer relations, material & cost control, quality control, and production time of all truck reconditioning, mechanical repairs and up fits, as well as direction / guidance of technicians. Strong knowledge of Diesel Trucks. Time Management; must be able to utilize time effectively. Can prioritize work to get the most important things done first. Safety awareness, high organization and leadership. Generating service-related revenue. Must lead shop in providing top quality service trucks and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and situations to achieve superior proactive project order management and customer service. Must also possess strong computer skills (Microsoft products: Excel, Word and Outlook; Service software; CAT; Mitchell), interpersonal, telephone, and customer service skills. Successful candidate must be able to work in a Team environment, possess strong leadership and organizational skills, and demonstrate ability to take ownership of assignment and customer satisfaction.

Truck & Equipment Sales

Description
Commercial Truck Sales Representative is responsible to overall commitment to customer satisfaction. We are seeking a qualified individual to sell available truck inventory with mounted equipment, including Service Bodies, Cranes, and additional equipment lines. Position is commission based, (your sales ability directly controls your annual compensation).

Requirements
  • Must be a team player.
  • Minimum 3 years experience.
  • Must be energetic, positive and assertive.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Strong Computer Skills (including CRM Software such as Act or Goldmine & Microsoft Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer)
