Qualifications

Office Manager / Controller
Description Office Manager / Controller needed with auto-truck dealer experience. This is a management position, but this candidate needs to be a working manager.
Requirements
Duties:
- Oversee accounting / administrative staff (Accounts Payable / Receivables
/ Titling / Receptionist)
- Close all aspects of sale once funds are received.
- Financial Statements: preparation, review, variance explanations, miscellaneous
monthly reporting, bank reconciliations, month-end closing.
- Review schedules weekly and make correcting journal entries.
- Maintain floor plan and inventory analysis.
- Human Resource duties include but are not limited to: Payroll, Attendance,
Worker's Compensation, disciplinary reporting, company medical insurance
- Monthly and Annual Tax reporting: Property tax, Vehicle Inventory tax,
Sales and Use Tax.
- Manage company's insurances to ensure coverage is in place to protect all
aspects of the business.
- Review proposals and subsequent contracts for accuracy, consistency, professionalism
and risk.
- Oversee and manage special projects from beginning through completion.
Skills /Requirements :
- Must possess the ability to work in high volume, fast-paced environment
with the ability to quickly address and resolve accounting, personnel and
operating issues.
- Above average communication skills necessary to deal effectively with all
levels of management and operations.
- Computer Experience: Excel, Word, Outlook, Internet, Goldmine or similar
